1. About us
The NSF Arts and Crafts ("we", "our", "us") is a family-run workshop of Kashmiri artisans based at Shahi Mohalla, Awanta Bhawan, Soura, Srinagar 190011, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We sell hand-woven shawls, stoles, rugs and carpets directly to customers across India through this website.
2. Products
Every piece is handmade. Slight variations in colour, weave and size are natural characteristics of handloom work and are not defects. Product photographs are taken in natural light; minor shade differences between the screen and the actual piece may occur.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, for Cash on Delivery orders, after our team confirms it with you on phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Custom orders
Custom size or colour orders require a 50% advance deposit. The remaining balance is payable when the piece is ready, before dispatch. Custom orders are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled once weaving has begun.
5. Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery through our secure payment partners. We never ask for your card PIN, OTP, CVV or password on call, email or WhatsApp.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — photographs, text, designs and the NSF Arts and Crafts name — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing law
