Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel a ready-stock order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once weaving has started. To cancel, WhatsApp +91 91033 50091 or email thensfartsandcrafts@yahoo.com with your order ID.
2. Returns
If your piece arrives damaged or materially different from its description, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
3. Non-returnable
Custom-made pieces, gift-wrapped festive bundles that have been opened, and pieces damaged after delivery through misuse are not eligible for return. Natural variations of handmade work are not grounds for return.
4. Refund method & time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on Delivery refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer to the account details you provide.
5. Deposits
The 50% advance on custom orders is refundable only if we are unable to begin or complete your piece. If you cancel after weaving has begun, the deposit covers the artisan's completed work and is not refundable.
