1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Shipping is free on all orders.
2. Dispatch time
Ready pieces are dispatched from our Srinagar workshop within 2–4 working days. Heirloom kani pieces and large carpets are dispatched within 7–14 working days as stated on each product page. Custom orders follow the timeline confirmed with you at the time of order.
3. Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days for metros and 5–10 working days for other pin codes, depending on the courier.
4. Tracking
You can follow your piece through our workshop stages — confirmed, weaving, packing, shipped, delivered — on the Track Order page of this website using your order ID. Courier tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once the parcel ships.
5. Delays
